Why Murliwala
A brand-new pure vegetarian kitchen in Losal, built around quality, tradition and hospitality.
Vegetables from the morning mandi, stone-ground masalas and dairy delivered the same day. Nothing waits overnight.
Slow-cooked North Indian gravies, 18-hour dosa batters and mithai made the old way — measured by hand and memory.
An air-conditioned, unhurried room built for long conversations, high chairs, festival tables and second helpings.

Our Story
"Murliwala" is the one who carries the murli — Lord Krishna's flute. It stands for warmth, hospitality, harmony and tradition, and that is exactly the room our founder Dipak Ji set out to build in Losal.
We open on 11 October 2026 as a premium pure-vegetarian kitchen with a fresh mithai counter — traditional recipes, ingredients bought daily, and nothing served that we would not put on our own table.
